"Let me first say how beautiful & clean this office is. I had such an overwhelming calmness about being there when I walked in the door. The staff was friendly , very helpful & willing to go over and beyond to help me fill out my new patient paperwork if I needed it. They made me feel like they were not rushed they engaged in conversation. Not like most doctors offices or dentist offices that treat you like an Assembly line run by a bunch of robots! Overall front office satisfaction from the minute you walk in from the minute you walk out Dr. Then when you go back to meet the doctor he is such a knowledgeable , friendly , kind & understanding dentist . I was so nervous but I could immediately tell that he was extremely versed in his field by how he explained things to me. He never wanted to make me feel hurt or uncomfortable he definitely explained everything and was very patient with me. "Huge shout out to Dr. Kupetz. I was such in a pain from my wisdom tooth. I had inflammation, my cheek was swollen and I didn’t sleep all night. After calling 10 dental offices with no availabilities, I finally reached out Smile of the Woodlands and they accepted me immediately. It was such a relief. Dr. Kupetz is truly professional. He extracted my tooth in less than 20 minutes. Stuff is very friendly and followed me next few days to find out how I feel. Highly recommend."
